Everything was terrific, my next choice again in Tromso. Bright place, clean with fairly friendly staff at the reception desk. - the location was good and excellent, just 5 minutes walk from Storgata. - the hotel was in a nice area, near a bus stop to go to the airport, a good restaurant and the center of Tromso.

I lost may passort on the plane. Thank you for the staffs to connect to airport to find my passport! Good·！！！

Convenient Location for Dining and Transportation 🍽️🚌

I loved how this place is super close to a variety of restaurants and food spots. It was so handy having a bus station nearby, making it easy to explore around. the standard double room was both affordable and modern, plus it even had hypoallergenic pillows which was a nice touch.

A small thing but having a hot drinks vending machine available in reception when you come in from a night looking at the Northern Lights is a real treat. Breakfast was also very good and varied.

Very central and easy to access from the airport. Convenient loaction in the city.

Not having tea/coffee facilities in rooms and having to go to foyer.

This place offered incredible and delicious breakfasts at the restaurant, and the rooms were spacious and cozy with lovely duvets.

Convenient early check-in and on-site parking available. the breakfast here is really good - they even have gluten-free options, ice-cold water, and tasty yoghurts. This place is in a great spot, right next to Nerstranda Shopping 🛍️.

I didn't stay at the Thon Polar but at Thon Tromso. There was a mistake in our booking and we were upgraded to the hotel over the road. I have answered the questions for Thon Tromso.The best thing was the friendliness and calm efficiency of the staff at both hotels.

No chocolate in the drinks machine and no milk available for tea without asking everytime.

We had to change rooms as the room (258) was above the restaurant and very noisy until 1am and from 5am.

The location just a short walk from the cathedral was amazing, and the restaurant offered delicious meals at reasonable prices.

Nice view from the 8th floor! Room was small but tidy and comfortable.

I would have liked to buy a glass of wine or a small bottle from a mini bar but there was none to be had. I had to go to the restaurant next door.

Good location in city centre. Good buffet breakfast served in adjacent chain restaurant (Egon). Rooms are smallish but very clean and quiet (except for the seagulls screaming 24h a day, probably unavoidable anywhere in the city). Friendly staff, free internet in the lobby.

During our stay the hotel was full, and many breakfast buffet items occasionally run out. Not a lot of locker/drawer space in the room.
